Finished in Rye quarter casks from Catoctin Creek, VA. At cask strength this limited edition release showcases the wonderful flavors of Rye influenced Irish whiskey. On the nose, honey, vanilla and lemon peel. Creamy vanilla, candied ginger and clove on the palate. It finishes with notes of drying spices, cinnamon and coffee.
