Blend of double retort pot still and twin column Coffey still rums
Distilled from molasses by Master Distiller & Master Blender, Richard Seale
Molasses close-top fermented between 44–48 hours
Aged 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels
No added sugar, coloring, or other additives
A lively nose of star anise, spiced orange, vanilla, and licorice root with undertones of Black Forest cake; a lengthy, elegant palate opens with cinnamon and clove before progressing into bananas foster, fresh plum, and salted caramel with notes of pineapple and toasted pine nut
Non-chill filtered; 60% ABV
