Produced from from over-ripe highland agave grown at 5,019 feet elevation in mineral-laden caliche soil of Vista Hermosa, Micohoacán. This chalky, calcium-carbonate rich terroir is evident in the 2018 vintage's heightened minerality. Rested for 2 years prior to release, the aromatics are complex and wondrous. You'll find pure roasted agave and sweet, cooked yams laced with warm baking spices and tropical fruit.
