A unique blend of Malbec and Cabernet Franc grown over 3,100 ft above sea level
Grapes are hand-picked and sorted prior to vinification
Aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 12 months
Grown in complex soils featuring alluvial and sandy components
The conditions of the 2018 harvest allowed for high quality fruit and a great size crop. The grapes started to grow late in the spring following a cold winter. The dry weather and cool nights allowed for the grapes to ripen slowly which gave them strong balance and exceptional character.
